Quick answer

What does a Shopify Plus agency do?

A Shopify Plus agency designs, builds and extends stores on Shopify's enterprise plan. That means using what only Plus allows — checkout customisation, custom Shopify Functions, expansion stores, higher API limits and automation — and connecting the store to ERP, PIM and fulfilment systems so it can handle large catalogues, wholesale and international sales without slowing the team down.

  • Checkout built on extensibility and Functions
  • ERP, PIM, 3PL and CRM integrations
  • Expansion stores, Markets and B2B in one setup

Straight answers

Questions worth asking Questions worth asking

The things brands actually ask us before a build — answered properly, including the times the answer is that you do not need us.

  • What is the difference between Shopify and Shopify Plus?

Shopify Plus is Shopify's enterprise plan. It adds checkout customisation, custom Shopify Functions, expansion stores, higher API and checkout limits, organisation-level admin, Launchpad and dedicated support. It suits brands with high order volumes, several regions or complex wholesale and integration needs.

  • How much does Shopify Plus cost?

Shopify Plus starts at $2,300 a month on a three-year term, with a variable platform fee for higher-revenue stores. Development is separate: we quote a fixed price for your build after a short call, based on design, checkout, integrations and any migration.

  • When should a brand upgrade to Shopify Plus?

Usually when checkout customisation, B2B, expansion stores or integrations start to matter more than the extra monthly fee — or when transaction fees on a lower plan cost more than Plus would. We review your numbers and tell you honestly whether Plus pays off yet.

  • Can you migrate our Scripts to Shopify Functions?

Yes. Shopify Scripts have been replaced by Shopify Functions. We rebuild your discount, shipping and payment logic as Functions, test it against your real carts and launch it without changing how customers check out.

  • Do you integrate Shopify Plus with ERP systems?

Yes. We connect Shopify Plus to ERPs such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP, as well as PIMs, warehouses and CRMs — using a proven connector where one fits, or a custom integration where it does not.

  • How long does a Shopify Plus build take?

A custom Plus theme with checkout extensions typically takes eight to twelve weeks. Projects with several integrations, expansion stores or a migration take longer. You get a milestone plan with your fixed quote, and a live demo link every week.

  • Do you support Shopify Plus stores after launch?

Yes. Every build includes 30 days of post-launch fixes, and most Plus clients keep a monthly retainer for new features, Functions, testing and support.
