Quick answer
What is managed hosting?
Managed hosting means your website runs on hosting that someone else sets up, secures and maintains. Instead of a bare server or a crowded shared plan, you get a configured environment tuned for your site, with updates, backups, SSL certificates, monitoring and support handled — so your team never has to touch a server.
- Hosting chosen and tuned for your site
- Security, updates and backups handled
- SSL, domains, DNS and email included

Straight answers
Questions worth asking Questions worth asking
The things brands actually ask us before a build — answered properly, including the times the answer is that you do not need us.
What is the difference between managed and shared hosting?
Shared hosting puts many sites on one server with limited resources and leaves security and updates to you. Managed hosting gives your site a properly configured environment, with performance, security, backups and support handled.
How much does managed hosting cost?
Hosting itself depends on the provider and your traffic, and is paid in your name. Our management fee depends on what we look after. After a short call we send both costs in writing.
Can you move our site to better hosting?
Yes. We set up the new hosting, copy the site and data, test everything and switch DNS at a quiet time, so visitors notice nothing.
Do you host Shopify stores?
Shopify includes its own hosting, so there is nothing to host — but we manage domains, DNS and email for Shopify brands.
Who owns the domains and hosting accounts?
You do. Domains, hosting and email accounts are registered in your name, and we manage them through the access you give us.
Can you set up our business email?
Yes. We set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with correct DNS records, so your emails are trusted and reach the inbox.
