  • How much does a Shopify Plus or Hydrogen build cost?

    A lean headless Hydrogen storefront typically runs £10k–£25k and a full replatform £25k–£60k, more where ERP, subscriptions or loyalty integrations are involved. Cost is driven by integrations, content migration and design scope. You get a fixed quote in writing within 48 hours of a scoping call, so the number never drifts mid-project.

  • Should we go headless with Hydrogen or stay on a Liquid theme?

    Stay on Liquid unless you need a front end Shopify themes cannot give you — complex content, multiple storefronts or app-like interactions. Liquid is cheaper to run and faster to change. We recommend headless in roughly one project in four, and we will tell you plainly if you do not need it.

  • Can you migrate our Remix app or storefront to React Router 7?

    Yes. Shopify now builds Hydrogen and its app template on React Router 7, and Remix projects move across in place — the same routes, loaders and actions under new imports. Typical migrations take two to six weeks with no downtime and no rewrite.

  • How long does a typical project take?

    A custom Shopify theme usually takes six to eight weeks from kickoff to launch, a headless build ten to sixteen, and a platform migration four to ten. The milestone plan in your quote shows every date before work starts.

  • Do you only work with Shopify?

    Shopify and Shopify Plus are our focus and where most of our case studies sit. We also migrate stores onto Shopify from WooCommerce, Magento and BigCommerce, and build the Next.js and Node services that sit around a store.

  • What happens after launch?

    Every project includes 30 days of support. After that most clients move to a growth retainer, where the same team keeps shipping improvements and runs SEO, CRO and paid media against one set of numbers — no hand-off to a stranger.
