Is the audit really free?
Yes. There is no fee and no obligation to hire us afterwards. We offer it because many of our clients started with an audit — but the fix list is yours to keep and use however you like.
What do you need from me?
Only your store address and a few details about what you would like us to look at. We review the live storefront, so no login or staff account is needed. If we want to look deeper — at apps or theme code — we will ask first.
Who carries out the audit?
The same developers, designers and marketers who build and grow stores for our clients. Automated tools help us measure, but every finding is checked and explained by a person.
Do you only audit Shopify stores?
Shopify and Shopify Plus are our focus, and we also review WooCommerce and WordPress stores — including whether a move to Shopify would make sense for you.
