About Astraessa

Astraessa is a relationship-led introductions business founded in 2026 by Pranoy Maitra and Mark Lloyd. Working between London and Dubai, it connects developers, investors, founders and professional advisers with private capital, partners and markets in Real Estate, Trade & Commodities and Fashion & Consumer. It is a pure introduction service: it gives no financial, investment or legal advice and holds no client funds.

The brief

Give a new introductions firm a website that earns trust before the first conversation: specific about who it helps and how, plain about where its role ends, and discreet enough for investors and family offices. The partners needed to publish services, insights and pages themselves, and to be found in search in the UK and the UAE from launch — a job for a Next.js build on a headless CMS.

How we built the Astraessa private capital website

  • A cinematic, editorial homepage: A full-screen hero, live London and Dubai clocks in the header and scroll-led sections — what Astraessa connects, the sectors it works in, who it works with and its seven-stage project cycle — brought to life with GSAP animation and Lenis smooth scrolling.
  • Clear about the role, and its limits: The site states plainly, from the homepage on, that Astraessa introduces and the parties decide: it gives no financial, investment or legal advice and never holds client funds.
  • Four kinds of client, one way of working: Developers, investors and family offices, founders and professional intermediaries each get a panel setting out what they come for and how a first conversation usually opens, so visitors recognise themselves in seconds.
  • Sector and service pages: Six service pages — from capital introductions to UK–UAE market entry and investor readiness — and sector panels for Real Estate, Trade & Commodities, Fashion & Consumer and the private capital network.
  • The people behind every introduction: The about page introduces both partners, Pranoy Maitra and Mark Lloyd, with their backgrounds and LinkedIn profiles, alongside the firm's four commitments and its London and Dubai presence.
  • A CMS built from sections: Every page is assembled from sections the team picks and orders in Payload — statements, stats, timelines, comparisons, markets, services and calls to action — with blog posts, categories, FAQs, forms and their submissions, redirects and SEO settings in the same admin.
  • Confidential enquiries, found in search: A short enquiry form asks only who the visitor needs to meet, with submissions kept in the CMS. Structured data describes the organisation, contact page, FAQs and breadcrumbs, and the sitemap builds itself from the CMS.

Key features of the private capital website

  • Next.js 16 and React 19 front end
  • Payload CMS with pages built from reorderable sections
  • GSAP scroll animation with Lenis smooth scrolling
  • Six service pages and a categorised blog with archives and search
  • Partner profiles with LinkedIn links
  • Confidential enquiry form with submissions stored in the CMS
  • Organisation, FAQ and breadcrumb structured data and an automatic sitemap — technical SEO from launch
  • WhatsApp contact and live London and Dubai clocks
  • Responsive design for desktop, tablet and phone

The outcome

Astraessa launched with a private capital website that reads the way the firm works: discreet, specific and clear about where its role ends. Developers, investors, founders and advisers each find their own way in, every enquiry reaches the partners who make the introductions, and the team publishes services, insights and pages itself.
